Skunks gone. Grabed a hazmat suit from work and searched under,in,around, ontop, inside and behind the GMC. No skunk. Searced the rest of the shop. Nada. Set a trap inside a trash bag,,,nothing.Posted a son outside with a 20ga, incase it ran out!!This was on sunday after work. Aired it out with a fan for acouple of days and its better. Almost can't smell till today.(off work)Oh,oh. Went out side and found the source. Used PB for bait. Wraped a trash bag around it and went down the hill into the woods. 22LR took care of the problem. It and the trap and the hazmat suit are still down there being "aired" and rinsed by the storm. My rifle even smelled. Clothes in the washer,,,,still smell. Boots, hat gloves,,,,,man, thats one powerfull stink. 2 inches of snow now. All is good. Glad it wasn't in the shop or the GMC!!!!,,,,,,PL

Story: In the late 50s-early 60s, my family used to take the B&O's Capitol Limited overnight from DC to Chicago. I was allowed to stay up late in the stratodome car to watch the speedometer they had mounted on the bulkhead. I can still feel the rush just thinking about watching it creep toward 100 mph.
Anyway, one night, somewhere probably just out of West Virginia, the train hit a skunk. It was so bad in the cars that you could literally taste it. And it wasn't just one car, lots of them. I wish I could say people were gagging but I can't really say they were. It just stunk. Eye-watering stunk.
