I have my own welding equipment. And I'm not going to be into major structural members. Insulation material has been removed. Haven't made any cuts yet. Looking fairly simple. I'm in the finding salvaged supplies now. Could use some outside skin material, a few pieces of door frame, and the cabinets from above the rear twin beds in a Royal.

What kind of outside skin, the plastic or aluminum? The aluminum is nothing special. Its either .050 or .063and either is readily available. I can measure it tomorrow. I'd offer you the door extrusion from my parts coach but I'm not sure that I'm not going to use it for the car hauler. Won't be using the skin though so I can cut you some if you decide you want used skins. I'd think you'd be better off with new though.
If you are thinking about welding the aluminum skin, we should talk. You're in for some serious shrinkage and warping unless you pay a lot of attention. I can probably make some recommendations on how I'd do it if you can post some photos of exactly what you have planned.
