1976 23'Birchhaven by Coachmen for sale. One of only 1100 or so 23' units made. Features "rear settee" floorplan with pulldown rear bunk. 455 runs good, shows 32K on odometer however speedometer reads low so actual mileage probably somewhat higher.
Many recent updates/upgrades. New upholstery, carpet, tires, hoses, exhaust, roof air in last three years.
Has a few typical issues: 4K Onan runs and works good, needs new board. Refrigerator is original and works but needs replacement soon. Engine runs great, but as is typical for these tends to get hot and vaporlock in warm weather. Has one section of rust in front subframe that needs attention.
