I emailed him for some more information. I always worry about frame rust in a northern coach. Anyone near Allentown that could have a look?

I just got an email from the seller and I include it below:

The frame is absolutely solid. We had done a rust proofing to the frame some years back that helped tremendously.
The headliner could use some help. It's all there just wrinkled. As I believe I stated in the ad It will need tires but is driveable to the person who has done all of the work on it in the past. I would guess the A/C systems should be checked for a recharge. Other than that you would be good to go.
When the Onan generator runs off of the main gas supply it has a small leak. Probabaly just a fitting repair.
This GMC has been babied for the last 20+ years and I know the previous owner as well.
If you would like to see it give me a call at 610-797-0137 between 5-9PM and we can set up a weekend day to look it over.
Thanks for your interest.
Tom

I like the dialogue from the seller on this one. Not hyped. Everything seems to fit a "good PO" scenario. There may be a fatal flaw somewhere, as always, but this one should stay on our radar, IMO.

I have known this coach many years. Ken Frey had maintained it and I believe it to be a solid coach. Probably the worst thing that can be said about it, is that has been sitting for a couple of years. At the asking price it is a very fair deal.
