Says that a 500 caddy was installed in 1977... it is a 1977. Hmmmm. misprint?
Also says Wallace front hubs, 4 bag rear air suspension and Alcoa alloy wheels.
Interesting dash...

We can't see much of it but assuming it's on par with what we've been allowed to view (that's a dangerous assumption), it has a lot of competition on Craigslist in the $8-10k range, and one or two in the 5-6k range have passed by since I started tracking them. (Even these ads are being recycled on Craigslist, so they aren't actually selling -just churning.)
But you never know about auctions and impulsive/competitive buying.
I wouldn't want it at $10k. The dealer-speak is good, though...
"Interior redone in 1997 and all appliances replaced"
Great. In other words, it's 15 years old!
"New windshield in 2001"
OK, but that's now over a decade ago.
"BF Goodrich E rated radial tires"
Date code?
But somebody has spent money on it with the quad-bag. And the Alcoas. Dual AC. Etc. While what we can see of the paint job isn't my style, at least it isn't the popular "Mold & Mildew" trim I see so often.
If this is an estate sale, the executor is not going to have a reserve. Assuming you can work out transporting it, bid $2k on it, Robert.
