Not mine. The write-up and pictures raise a caution flag with me on this one but at $4.5k it may be wrth a look.

There is something fishy here. Picture three shows a rear dinette coach. Picture five shows a rear gaucho. Picture six is definitely a 26'. Based on this I give it a high probability of being a scam. If someone calls to look at it I will be interested to hear how that goes, the call or the viewing.

From looking at the colors and the different parts of the coach, It looks to be a 1973 26 foot Painted Desert with a 4k Onan. (Yes they did install both 6k's and 4k's in 26 foot coaches.) The rear side facing settee and couch have been recovered, but not matched to each other. No picture of the front dinette.

Sorry but I'm going to disagree with you because of:
1) the length of the couch
2) the sixth picture down
3) rear gaucho

With the 4 kW Onan it's almost assuredly a 23 footer.
Looks pretty decent. Bet the tires/wheels are 16.5"
though, but for 4.5 kilobucks might be a dandy.

Its been quite sometime since I have commented in the forum here but
recently been following you folks again. Looking for hints about a few bugs
I am trying to work out. More on that later.
I think I agree with Mac and Bill but I'm just a newbee....with a bunch of
tools I'm learning how to use better. lol.
I'm fascinated, this could be the exact same coach I have except I have the
6000 Watt Onan. Mine is a 1973 26 foot (I originally thought Canyonlands,
but now *maybe* it IS a Painted Desert), The paint on mine is now white w
blue 2" "pin stripes".
But the what is shown of the layout is identical -and rather enlightening
to me since I have only ever seen my own GMC -never anything to compare
with. Some things I thought were changed in a 1993 remodel by the P.O>P.O.
I have that owner's photos and the "making of" (pretty cool) remodel shots
-appear to be nearly original after all.
I agree, photo number 4 of this set throws things off a bit, partially
because the way the lighting is -coming from the right -but I think he just
happened to take advantage of ambient light from a different angle. And Yes
the re-upholster job doesn't match -but don't ya just love those blinds:)
My overhead rear cabinets are very nearly identical including the
swivel-eye-ball lamp.
The one interesting thing is he doesn't mention the way the front long
couch folds UP into an upper bunk and a bit wider lower sleeper. I have
never seen the kitchenette/queen bed, but it seems that it could be
done...but my kitchen table is missing and nothing to make into a bed. I
could use some help here. I found the hardware (was missing a piece until
an hour ago) -to fold into a small table that has clips in the wall for a
bail-support to go into, but it surely won't support a very long kitchen
table with all that leverage on it?? (will it?)
Is it possible his is a 23 footer and has a different layout for the front
end (ergo: no fold-up bunk, and a different dinette?)
Thanks for sharing, Steve, It clears up some mystery for me. BTW I Also
paid $4,500 (Plus $500 in late registration fees) for my coach in June
2012, The PO said it had 35,000 original miles, but I think its probably
135,000.
On anther note.... HELP!
*I have a rather serious electrical 220>110 issue right now*. I have no
clue how this electrical system works, but I think I will break up the blog
and do it separately. But if anyone can help, I'm stumped. Since a rain and
a vent>cabin leak, I have no 110 Alt Current any more. See separate blog
(if i can figure out that).

I am fairly certain that the couch shown in picture #4 is an after-market couch and is installed between the passenger seat and the door. (The place a dinette is normally found in the most common layouts.) The light you see is from the entry door.
I have no idea what is installed where you normally have a couch.
