I noticed in a previous thread of Craigs List listings of GMCs for sale one that is being sold by Don Wheat.

Is this the guy that tried to get the GMC motorhome back into production? Wheat Motorhomes?

Nice looking coach. The interior looks like a bone stock Kingsley.

I don't know about the Don Wheat connection. Same guy? Inquiring minds would like to know. Anybody?

Here is my understanding:

Don Wheat purchased two GMC Motorhomes from Golby during the period he was trying to establish his "Wheat Motorhome" business. They were to be "remanufactured" as Wheat Motorhomes, but I believe were never converted and later sold as regular GMC Motorhomes.

Wheat has been an RV dealer for many years and the Kingsley is likely one of many RVs he has traded.

My take anyway.
