That’s not too bad if the ROI is only 24 months. I think that the low-hanging-fruit for fuel efficiency is with local delivery trucks. The bulk of the fuel is consumed getting in getting up to speed. As for reliability of hybrids - I’m seeing more and more Prius cars used as taxicabs. That’s about as tough a test as there is.
