The wheels look like the ones used on this coach in the 70's:
<http://www.gmcmhphotos.com/photos/first-coach-1977-birchaven/p41292-ed-s-first-coah.html>
Ed, the owner of that coach, is kind of hard to contact, so I am not sure, but I am fairly sure the wheels are not being manufactured any more.
The offset of the wheels is an issue on the rear, any change to the offset from the dually type wheel adds to how far the tire is moved outboard. It isn't very far the point of tire/body interference.
Ed did modifications to the boogies his second coach to allow "deep dish" wheels. <http://www.gmcmhphotos.com/photos/second-coach-78-birch/p41287-ed-s-second-birch.html>
He told me that he had "a couple of inches" removed from the back side of the boogies at the point of the pins and adding the removed section to the front. This moved the whole boogie, including the hub face where the wheel attaches, inboard. <http://www.gmcmhphotos.com/photos/second-coach-78-birch/p41288-ed-s-second-birch.html>
Even with this modification, he needed flairs.
I do not expect this to be a popular modification.
Nice look though.
