At that price I was looking for solid gold steering wheel option but I did not see it in the pictures. This kind of reminds me a a condo I was watching. It started at $74,900 and after several months sold at $32,000.

This one needs some new wheels and also to replace those very uncomfortable front seats.

All original including non-faded shag carpet (from the way the photo looks).
Someone garaged this thing for quite a bit.

The interior configuration is interesting.

The price or (value) of the coach is directly conected to what the man is prepaird to pay for it...if he pays the asking price, then that is what the coach is worth. Free markets...I love them ! Find a way to get your economy healthy gentelmen...the world is counting on you.

If they can get even near 40K for this one, I should be able to get at least 18K for mine. Will see how well my book does before deciding to sell. Hope I need our coach for many book signings.  :-)

Matt,

I assume your statement is expressing that the 40K is bogus and there's more miles on it and that the odometer has gone past 100K
and there's actually a minimum of 140K on it. I looked at the pictures and I can't find any signs of that much use. Everything sure
looks pristine to me.

As far as the price goes it is high but it is at a "used car lot" and that's to be expected. I agree that it is highly doubtful that
they'll get anywhere near that price.

I would say that it is fair to assume from the condition apparent in the photos along with being garage kept the owner also
maintained it. If that assumption and the mileage are correct, think of all the stuff the buyer WON'T have to do.

If there's someone close to this unit it would be a great candidate for the "brake pedal photo" check.

That aint green, THIS is GREEN!
<http://www.motorhomeplanet.co.uk/archives/100>

And believe it or not, THAT paint has faded.

Normally found on Sequoia models, "Parrot Green" was only available in 1973.

This will give you an idea what it looks like un-faded: <http://www.gmcmhphotos.com/photos/the-bill-bryant-collection/p4048.html>

The Bend Oregon Palm Beach looks a bit like a coach that I tried to view in that part of the country a few years ago. But it had a mural painted on the side. Sealed in a locked Garage, the son of the deceased PO only visited the town a day or so every couple of months... and he would NOT allow anyone else show the coach. Never did put eyes on the coach, even after driving across the state to see it. (and a western state at that!)

Anyway... I do not see anything in the ad that justifies the price in this market. BUT if someone is willing to pay for an original "looking" Palm Beach of the best looking year.... (IMHO)

I sent an Email to the sales company who is marketing the coach
earlier today. He said that it is a one owner coach and has been
stored inside and the miles are actual. He will send me the TZE
number on monday and I will check it in the directory. As an original
coach with all original interior and exterior and mechanicals it
should sell in the $16K to $18K range IMPO!

If I recall Bruce had about $70k total into his coach and restoration and I
thought he got about $32k for it. I could be wrong.
