Gary Bovee has revised his fantastic, all-in-one, Idiot¹s Internet Guide to
Finding 1973-1978 GMC MotorHome Information. The revision, which was just
posted to the Eastern States website, inserts a new chapter into the
document covering a handy list of links to document for troubleshooting and
repairing the Onan generator.

As the editor I took the liberty of swapping some of the images. One is an
illustration I created which is a parody of Grant Wood's "American Gothic".
This illustration was a source for the theme graphic for the most recent
GMCMI convention in Amana, Iowa.

For those who are unaware of the content in The Guide, here's a summation of
the links it covers.
€ A comprehensive look at the history of the 1973-1978 GMC Motorhome
€ Purchasing a GMC Motorhome Buyer¹s Checklist
€ Manuals, Wiring Diagrams, Floor Plans, Paint Codes, etc.
€ GMC MotorHome Generator (Troubleshooting the Onan)
€ GMC Motorhome Parts and Service Suppliers, Publication Listings
and Service Parts Cross References
€ GMC Technical Information, GMC Photo Archive and GMC Motorhome Registry
€ GMC Clubs Nationwide
€ GMCnet Your link to the GMC Community
€ Black List Indispensable list of folks willing to help in case of
trouble on the road

The link is the same as always; http://www.gmceast.com/about/guide/

By the way, if you see that a vendor or some other important piece of
information is missing, be sure and notify Gary. His email is on the first
page of the document.

Byron,
This is a great document, but it would be more portable if it was also
available in pamphlet format size (5.5" X 8.5") and could be printed
that way. JMHO!

Good idea. However, I wouldn't enjoy reformatting everything to fit the
format. Not everyone knows how to duplex print and get the pagination to
work correctly. Of course, Adobe Reader can handle it but "real people" seem
to have issues.

Byron,
I found that my Printer (HP Officejet Pro 8500A) had that function
available in the paper scaling set up. Printed 10 copies to carry in
my briefcase that I carry in the coach.
