I'm going to look at the various Pertronics modules available and see what
Larry and his machinist buddy come up with vis-à-vis a
new Pertronics mount. If I like it I'll just buy it from him rather than
re-invent the wheel. If I don’t like it I'll make my own
and shut up! ;-)

I’ve been under water at work the last few months working on the project from hell and have sadly given little attention to this. I was in the office all weekend peering over at Treasure Island when I got up to stretch my legs and longing to be there among the happy people. The end of this project will be near either by my ingenuity, unemployment, or untimely death. Any of the above would be a blessed release!
But I like to complain. My buddy with the machine shop has been very busy as well, and we simply haven’t gotten together to work on the thing.
So, the gist of the story is that we’ve not progressed past the sketch I posted this summer. If anyone beats me to it I’ll not be offended!
