Remember at Goshen there was a refrigeration session conducted by a gentleman from the area? Anybody got his name and/or name of his business? A friend needs a specialty part that is no longer available. Thought maybe he'd have it.

Larry,

We took our coach to Leon last year. Made the arrangements ahead of time so he knew we were coming.

We stayed in the coach at night on his parking lot and during the day, while our Dometic cold section was being rebuilt, we went to the Hudson museum and Mennohof museum in Shipshewana, just down the road a couple of miles.

The next day we went to the Studebaker museum over in South Bend. We took a toad to Leon's. I guess you could rent a car somewhere nearby if needed.

Leon has always been good to deal with. He can also recommend the good non-tourist places to eat if that is your interest. We highly recommend him.

Contacted him a day or two after my last reply to this thread. He has found or fabricated door gaskets that I have been looking for since about January. The price was right and shipping was very reasonable.
I don't think he made a lot of money, so I don't know if endorsing him is good or bad for him. If he does a lot of business like he did for me (amount of effort for the sale), he is not getting rich at this.
Maybe he could/should be added to a list of vendors (if he is not already on one).
Very good prices for products and shipping on my order. Excellent customer service.

Throw some business his way if you need RV refrigeration help.
