I found what seems to be the petcock on the drivers lower tank with an access hole through the core support. I even took down all the rubber air dams and can't see any of the conventional "wings" on the petcock to turn. Tryed grabbing with needle nose and turning but don't want to break. I just want to drain and fill the Dexcool but they sure make it difficult. I can see the lower radiator hose spring clamp but no way to get in there to squeeze the clamp to go that route. HELP!. Is there a special tool needed?

I figured it out. Its the new plastic 90 degree type. I made a tool from a 5" piece of 1/2" pipe and slit the end to turn the wing. Man.
