Selling the 73 Sequoia we bought last month. We just can't sleep in the full size bed and need to sell it before we do whatever we're going to do next. Photos at:

Asking $6900.00. Located in Harvest, Alabama, near Huntsville about 10 miles south of the Tennessee line and 10 miles from I65.

This is a really nice original coach. 65500 miles. It was stored inside for 20 years. The PO repainted the nose and tail because the stripe had faded. He did a really nice job and the coach is very presentable inside and out.

Tires are VERY old. I would not drive it far or fast. Wheels may not be radial rated.

Coach runs and drives great. There is a slight exhaust leak. Tom Phipps has driven it and will tell you his impressions which are very good. Breaks work fine, no pulls no shuddering. I have not pulled any wheels to check things. The PO told me he greased everything that he could find.

One thing of note is that this old girl is really tight. She has been parked on concrete for a month and there is not a drop of oil to be found on the concrete.

The air compressor works fine but one of the bags will leak down after a couple days so I have it blocked up level at the moment. I have not tried to see why it's leaking.

Dash air doesn't work but there is pressure in the system. No belt on the compressor and I haven't tried to get it going. Roof air works great!

Stove works perfectly. Heater works but makes a noise. It's either a bearing or something rubbing on the squirrel cage. Should be a big deal. PO removed the permanent tank and uses a swappable gas bottle. I have the original tank and it will be easy to reinstall.

Generator was removed. I started working on it and determined the board is probably bad. I was able to get spark but never tried to get it running further. The fuel pump clicks and she turns over nice with no noises. The PO said it ran but ran rough and he didn't need it anyway. The metal box on the extended bumper is where he carried a generator when he needed one. The bumper extension is nicely done but easily removed if you want to go back to the stock look. Because the generator was removed and the level guages did not work, the PO removed all that but I have it all and it should be easy to reinstall it.

The original carpet was old and nasty and the PO replaced it with ceramic tile. The tile is put down with liquid nails and the grout is sanded silicone like is used on granite counter tops. No cracks and it looks great!

Hot water heater and plumbing works fine. The fridge is an apartment refrigerator and quit working about 2 weeks after I got it.

The drapes are servicable but I'd change them to something that matches the original green fabric which is in amazing condition.

That's about all I can think to tell you and I'm being as honest as I can.

PM me for questions or a phone number if you want to talk.

Kerry's 23 drives great. I got to drive it for about 15 miles, and nothing jumped out at me, as an issue.
The ceramic tile floor is just awesome. I'm jealous. Very nice coach, and with new tires needs nothing else.
P.M. me if you have other questions.

I have 6 each 16" steel rims and brand new Michelin 225/75R16 LRE tires to put on it as soon as I declare ownership. If Kerry lets us (CFO and myself) look at it tomorrow, and if the CFO approves the funds, we will be good to go.

Congrats Kerry! Are you still looking for one? There was a guy in Kentucky that had one on E-bay but the buyer flaked. At least that was the case when I talked to him 2 weeks after the sale. I probably should have bought that one as it sold for $4,000. It wasn't as nice as the one you just sold but it was 26' and a heck of a buy. He assured me I could drive it home. I could see if I can find his contact info if you have an interest.
