Good evening,

We do have a couple of spaces still available if you are interested.

The Amana Furniture and Clock Shop in Amana has been personally
crafting beautiful pieces from 1855. They are offering a special
opportunity to build a clock at their shop. It will be held on
Saturday, September 22 starting at 9:00 am. The group needs to consist
of a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 20. The cost is approximately
$60-$75. Depends on what elements you choose to use for your clock.
Preregistration is required. If you would like more information,
please check the box on the registration form. Check out their website
at www.amanafurniture.com.

If you would like to reserve a spot, please do by this Friday, September 14th.

Have a great evening!

Wouldn't it be cool if they had a laser-cut GMC Palm Beach on the clock face! Make it just the right size to replace the factory clock that was next to the cooktop and you'll have a lot of happy campers. If they could customize the face of their Amana Ridgeview Clock - it looks to be the right size, and if you choose Walnut it might match the Dow Chemical walnut I have on the walls!

Sir: you might want to check with Bill Brown. He made some laser cut GMCs out of thin sheet metal that looked to be the right size for the clock.

Kim,
I checked the Build a Clock Workshop on my entry, but I'm less interested now that gas has gone from $3.50 to $4.00+. So, if needed, someone can grab my spot as well. On the other hand, if I'm needed to get to the 10, I'd still do it.
Thanks,
Craig
