Check the large diameter, short rubber hose connecting the 2 tanks on the
driver's side rail that is relatively easy to get to and replace. That's
what leaked during my maiden voyage in my new (to me) GMC coach and I had to
use a short piece of radiator hose as a temporary fix to get to my final
destination; but it worked. Then I bought one from one of the GMC sites,
either Jim Bounds or Jim K, as a permanent replacement (radiator hose
doesn't like gasoline) and it has been fine since. The only reason to drop
the tanks, other than to clean them, is to replace the vent/fuel supply
lines that connect them to the front engine or rear generator compartments.
