I'm thinking about putting somthing like Herculiner on the roof. I see that it comes in white and can be rolled on. I almost slipped off the other day and would like to live to camp again. Does anybody have this? Or is it a bad idea. Any other suggestions are welcome.
Thanks all for your comments.

One of Dolph's two coaches has a bed liner coating on the roof, and then it was painted the same color as the body of the coach. It is a bit rough looking up close, but on the roof not very noticible. It does not leak (main goal) and the surface is skidproof.
If the surface appearnce is okay with you, it appears to work very well. I would do it in white to reflect the sun.

Some pics would be great! My guess is that you can't really see the dirt from the ground. I feel my roof is pretty dirty anyway. Certainly not pure white!!
Thanks for responses...

I put on 3 coats of the BlackJack ceramic paint that Michael had
suggested. Not only does it cut down on the heat, it's a lot less
slippery than the OEM paint (not that there was much left).

This is a little off topic, but not that far. I have used line-x brand
bedliner on bumpers that were rusted but otherwise in good shape. New
chrome plating is lousy stuff compared to the chrome of the 30's - 50,s. I
had the Chrome Bandit strip the bumpers to the steel, and deep etch them,
finally had them line-x coated with a u v topcoat. They look great and if
damaged can be repaired easily and economically. Comes in colors, and can
be special matched to body paint if you want. Jwid.

i went on the following site and request a swatch as to see how close there tan would match my coach, they responded that they would send it . i also asked reference to adding a little white to lighten up color if need be, responce was that it would easily stir in. maybe this will be a project for me shortly, i know i have a small drip around my over head vent, and there are spots on my roof that paint has faded to close to bare metal.
