Wish I had thought of this before I put the Caddy together. In the latest issue of Engine Masters (magazine by popular hot rodding)is an article on direct thrust bearing oiling. Titled "Pressure Feed" page76. They modify the thrust bearing and block to oil the thrust face directly from the oil feed to the bearing by drilling horizotally into the oil passage. Looks pretty cool. Don't know if its online. Maybe enginemasters.com ,,,,,,,,PL
