Those of us that lived in autoland since the early '70s know all about what GM Lansing was trying to do, but they were steadily beat down by CPC and the HP cars coming out of Warren and Pontiac.

To my knowledge, no examples of the trick Beltz (Olds) parts have survived. There were some in closed GM collections, but I am told they were destroyed during the "bankruptcy" change to "Government Motors".

They did build and run some wonderful "Elephant Motors" in the day.
