Hello, GMC Folks,
Here is my 1976 GMC 23' motor home. Pix on the Picasa web below.
This vehicle has not been run in~~eight years. It was vandalized -- wires, and other things stolen. The speedo shows 28,xxx miles, which was verified by the second owner.
It was driven to the place where I obtained it. The --- rear bath interior is very rough. The exterior is quite sound, left windshield is fogged but useable, the right side is cracked. One air bag stays up OK, the other bleeds down in about a week.
I obtained a complete front wiring harness for it, and I believe that this motor home could be put back into operation, but it would be a big labor of love. CA 'non-op' registration, so no massive back fees.
The GOOD STUFF:
Six ea. perfect Alcoa 16" wheels -- not a mark on them, (need polish) with new/old tires.
Low mileage vehicle.
AND --- That's about it.
The BAD STUFF:
It's about 36 years old, been vandalized, and looks it, in and out.
