Marsh,
Many have used hard line from PolyArmour <http://agscompany.com/automotive/brake-fuel-transmission-lines/poly-armour>. It's available from NAPA and others. Easily bent to shape and corrosion resistant.

The question being is there an alternative to the Cinnabar molded hoses that are not ethanol resistant, as far as I know?

Marsh - my mistake. I was thinking of the lines from your in-tank fuel pumps, and not the gas-fill lines. I'm sure somebody here will have that info.

Marsh, which coach are you fitting out, Smokey or the driver?
It doesn't sound like I've eliminated as much rubber as you have, Matt.
But at least all the long runs between the bits & pieces are now Polyarmor
and all the short connectors are 30R14, as you suggested (saving me a lot
of money vs 30R9). I had a set of JimK's fill tube connectors to install
also. I'm counting on this set of hoses outlasting me. I haven't yet
added gasoline to test it, but I'm confident.
Sure wish I'd finished a couple of days earlier, before the $0.30 per
gallon hurricane jump.

I am working on Miss Smokey, she hasn't been on the road in a couple of
years.
Actually I am having my mechanic do most of the work.
