Roger,

Coach is really looking great....Thanks for sharing the photos.
Tell me more about those inserts from heavy sheet metal -- do you have a photo of one installed? I presume they are front and rear wheel well compartment "flaps".

Here's one installed over the heater hoses. Wanted to protect them better, then decided to do all 4.
The metal I had was a thicker gauge sheet metal, but I don't know the exact gauge, thicker than a car fender, maybe as thick as a toolbox. Thick enough you can't bend by hand.
Bent over the top edge then scribed them to the contour. Made 2 then used the mirror image to make the other side.
Slid the bent upper edge in above the plywood and screwed it in.

I have pictures of the finished job will post soon.

Thanks

It's been quite a while since I painted mine so I can appreciate the big job you have tackled. That green primer looks like Dupont Vera prime that I put under the Imeron. Do they still sell it and did you use Imeron ?

The roof was done in a single stage urethane like Imron.
The rest is base coat/clear coat.
Took from mid Feb. to Memorial Day.
