While driving my '37 Ford from Hamilton, Ontario to Vancouver Island, I stopped in a truck stop and read an article on Evans Waterless Cooling.

Interesting video on this product on Jay Leno's Garage (Dec. 30, 2011). It sounds like this may help with corrosion issues, but I really don't know much else.

Maybe one of our chemical engineering experts can weigh in on this. I haven't had a chance to look at the MSDS sheet to see what it's made of, but at $43/ gallon, it's certainly not cheap to fill a GMC's cooling system.

propylene glycol, IIRC. It's been around for years in the street rod crowd.
