It seems every GMC i've seen, both 23 and 26 ft. have the same clothes closet....Everyone wants more space...you can get it by a different hanger system.
All that's needed is two hanger racks....not placed across but parallel from front to back......Space between..
i built using two chrome 1" pieces of pipe a "H" shaped bracket that extends the full length from front to back..the hanger bars are 6" or less inches apart....
Now when you hang clothes they will overlap each other..... two men's shirts can be placed side by side.
The number of shirts you could put in the closet now is close to 50 as you are utilizing all the space.
For those doubting thomas's take two shirts on hangers and put them side by side in the closet ..let them overlap ..this is how they will fit with a new setup for hangers... Since you are now increasing the hanger capacity thus extra room...It's almost like doubling the amount of clothing you can take...Girls are you listening????
YES, I have pictures but can't send them until I figure out why my server will not take them..... one thing at a time..smaller print for those who don't like larger print but when you are working on 92 ...you even eat slower....
