Well i have just about got my new airbag brackets done Thanks to all the new ideas from Mark and Sully I decided to make my own since I have access to a laser waterjet. I can tell you It makes some nice smooth cuts. The only drawback is it can only cut flat metal. So We cut all flat pieces and put tabs on the sides and cut slots in the plate to align everything up then tig welded the Bolt and nut on then slaped the top on and Done.Here are some pics.
