1st, let me publicly thank all of those who donated to the three web sites, including The GMC Registry. Your contributions are greatly appreciated!

2nd, a huge thanks to Dennis and Cindy Sexton, and all who helped put this give-away together, and to Jim Bounds, for the fire system;

3rd, congratulations to the winners of the raffle, especially to Jim and Marlys Garman - it's too bad it was a little too late for you guys Shocked

I had an occasion to visit Cinnabar Engineering in Sandusky, MI yesterday with John Pryzbylec, a new (11/11) GMC owner from Swanton, OH. On the way through Sandusky, we spotted a GMC for sale by the road in a K-Mart parking lot. We looked at it, and got the owner's name and the TZE.

At Cinnabar, I was allowed to investigate all of the coaches they had on their premises. I looked at 21 GMC's and got all of their numbers.

There were:

-7- in the shop in various states of 'repair and paint'
-2- outside in front that belonged to customers
-12- parts coaches, including 1 that was totally destroyed by fire, 2 that had bus-type folding doors on the curb side, and 1 that had a lighted marquee above the windshields that said "Barefoot Bay Resort".

After researching the Registry, I was able to add 12 NEW numbers to it, an amazing find. Maybe I need a trip to CA, FL and the other states that have GMC repair shops, then we could get this Registry wrapped up! Laughing

I know Dave Greenberg used to visit out at Sirum's place every now and then to get TZEs. When I was living down there we kept trying to meet out there on a weekend to shake hands, but it never happened. Happy to have finally met him face to face at last year's spring Eastern States Rally.

Thanks,

Jeremy,

Dave and I went out to Sirum's when I was in Florida last December (for a relative's wedding in the Keys). I got a few numbers while we were there also.

I owe you ES name tags yet. Embarassed
