Hi all,
Thanks again for the assistance with the fuel issue. Turns out it was just an issue with the socks being blocked up. Once I take physical possession of the coach I will take a look at the other suggestions.
Having one more issue that the current owner has promised to fix prior to delivery. The generator will only start if it is hot wired and will not start via any of the switches. Once it's running, it runs great. No issues with that whatsoever.
The switch board on the generator itself has been replaced but it still will not start up via the switches.
Just downloaded the manual from Bdub and am scouring through that.
Appreciate any help you guys can offer.
Thanks!

Jared,
You'll probably find this more useful than the manual:
http://gmcws.org/Tech/dsimmons/onan/onan.html
By Mr. Onan (Duane Simmons) who passed away last year.

Jared,
The Duane Simmons stuff is the best you will find, even better than anything printed by Onan.
It does sound like you have a control board problem and unless you are a very capable E-Tech, that leaves you with two options, you can buy a buy a reconditioned control board or a Dinosaur new build equivalent. I believe JimK can supply either. The Duane Simmons paper work actually has all the information you might need to repair a control board.
With one exception, the machine itself (if properly maintained) is very reliable (IMPE). The exception that has recently surfaced is the field winding can easily be damaged and we have not yet seen a repair for this.
