You are killing me! Here I toil away paying for Gene's Social Security and can only dream of working on the coach.
Last weekend was fun, as I finally put a lock on the GFI outlet door and started to put the LED clearance lights on. Only pulled out 5 rivets :~(

Larry, you are going to love that reaction arm braking. Did you expect me to bragg? After installing the new flush mount 2 burner stove top for Teri yesterday I was cruising around town. Came up on a stop sign and planned to ease on through, rolling stop, when a truck appeared from nowhere. No worries, stopped on a dime and just smiled at the fella who obviously could not believe a 26 foot hotrod with plumbing, and fuel injection wings on the side, could stop on a dime.
Oh man, Life is good

Right! Here we are paying Gene's SSI and, according to my latest SS statement, I can only expect to get back 75% of what I've paid in. I guess somebody in this country has to work!
Oh well, next week I will be on vacation, using my trouble-free (I hope) GMC to go to a cooler place for a week (Burro Mountain Homestead, in Silver City NM.)

Oh, you asked for it Larry.
Hey, you can fix those pulled out rivets. I took one and went to local lumber yard. Got plastic inserts that would work. Popped them in, sealed, and installed the lights.

Wat until you start to take it out and find that they TAX what they pay you. They taxed the money going in and again on the way out.

Yeah, I'm looking forward to it. I'm sure glad I am not depending on the bureaucracy for my retirement. I'm doing a lot better than the government with my own money. Surprise, surprise!

My sister would quip - 2 years to 60, 12 years to 70! (I usually add - God willing.)
...and your grand kids know that "hooking up" has a different meaning nowadays. I can't speak for Carl, but I'm a happily married man!
Our plans will be in flux 'till we actually pull into a parking space at camp. I plan all day at work, but at home I just don't seem to bring those skills with me.

Dan -- that reminds me of something my oldest daughter said when she was about 7.
Her Grandmother mentioned something that happened to her during "the war."
My daughter said "Grandma, was that the revolutionary war or the Civil war?"

Say,
Didn't some guy have a show based on what kids would say back in the '50's?
Let me think a minute - yeah, that's right, Art Linkletter; "Kids Say the
Darnest Things!"
