I just did and replied. About the only thing that get's caught in the Spam filter is Gmail addresses. They are a huge SPAM enabler.

Are you sure that ONLY spam ends up in the spam folder? I check mine
regularly and and find emails that should not be there. I do not let
any of my ISPs filter mail for me I operate my own spam filters.

GMail's SPAM filter does work well, but I always scan for erroneously
trapped messages; occasionally I find one -- but when I do, I examine it
VERY carefully because more than a few of my contacts' (including some of
yours) addresses are hijacked.

I suspect, however, that Bellsouth is mistakenly trapping some of my good
mail. Since I have GMail consolidate all of my messages from all ISP's, I
never see what's trapped before it gets to GMail.
