We have been "sewing" up cracked cast iron like that for more years than I
care to count. That drill jig was a very neat feature. The hardest part of
the whole deal is spacing the holes out, and the jig makes that a snap.
Still good to see that some American somewhere is using his brain and hands
at the same time. Thanks for sharing that, Steve.

Again, 'I has learnt something'. I wasn't aware that LPG ran hotter than gasoline. I've still got one Onan which uses the Ford 300 CID totally indestructible 6 and runs on both LPG and natural gas. I've got a million plus miles behind that same engine in pickups on gasoline.. Never thought one would be hotter than the other. Does this - would this - add to the heat problem of our coaches? Or is it large enough to be noticeable? What does the extra heat do to the LPG tanks? I assume you'd put them under the floor inside the frame like the gasoline tanks.

Steve,
When the machinist here in Houston screwed up my Caddy heads I bought a pair
off Ebay and they had been repaired using this system.
Since they were going on an engine that ran on LPG (runs hotter than
gasoline) I sold them.
