We just completed a 1200 mile trip, our first with the Howell/EBL
system. Although I was a little concerned during the first couple hundred miles, I soon relaxed and enjoyed the rest of the trip. Not one problem, really pleased with how well the Coach ran the entire trip.
We have the 3.07 FD and I did notice for the first time it has started to whine slightly. Is this a cause for concern or is the noise associated with normal wear? The only time I hear it is while in normal cruise, none when accelerating or coasting.

When our 3:07 went bad all we got was a low rumble then a bad
vibration. It never did whine. Replaced it with a 3:70 that MannyT had
lying around.
