That's a male camlock quick-connect fitting. measure the inside diameter
of the hole, and check at irrigation or farm stores for a female
connector for that size. They come with a barb fitting that goes into a
(usually) vinyl hose.
Mine are all black, they come in metal or plastic.

is one source. You can search camlock quick connect and probably find
lots more.

Carla,
I have used the quick disconnects for better than 15 years. Here is a series of pictures on how I did it on our coach.

http://www.gmcmhphotos.com/photos/g5371-maserator.html

I use 1” hoses, I have 1 %foot and 2 10foot hoses that can be connected together if the poop pipe is further away.

I use to get the fittings from Northern Tool and Equipment, but they no long have them available. They are use a lot in the Ag field and stores like Farm & Fleet, Tractor Supply.
