I know there are a few Revcon fans on this site. I spotted this and it looks good from the highway. Phoned the dealer and they gave me this link.

Given the year, I question the power train. That said I know nothing about Revcons.

As the only Revcon owner participating regularly here, i have no reason to beleive there are any Revcon fans (besides me)
Models after 78 will have the 454 with a transfer case. Like a 4X4 with the rear drive shaft removed.
For future reference, Revcons with 8 lug wheels have the 454/ transfer case. Revcons with 5 lug wheels have toro drive train, either 455 or 403.
While not much is cmpatable with the GMC, they were very well made. A person starting with an empty shell may find lots of usable parts on a Revcon

I emailed the dealer to ask him how long the beds are. Other than being "butt ugly" I think this looks pretty good.

I can't help it. I just want to paint it metallic silver, cut some slots in the top and make some giant pieces of bread to stick out. Yet another giant rolling toaster! Welcome in any novelty parade.

Actually, it's the older ones like my 72 that could resemble a loaf of bread.
The one in question would look more like (forgive me) a GMC.

Holy Mackerel!! This thing is in British Columbia. Isn't that a suburb of Japan? Too far for me to even think about with my bad back.
Beds are 78" long. Not sure how many centipedes that is for you metric type.
The dealer (Art) seems like a nice guy. I asked him about the "ugly discount." He didn't seem amused.
