So now all I need is for someone to be going to the POCI convention in
St Charles, IL on the weekend of July 17 that's either leaving from or
passing through the Cleveland area on their way to the convention. I
note with some hope that GMC motorhomes qualify as part of the GMC
truck chapter of POCI so even if there's no Poncho guys heading that
way, maybe I'll get lucky and one of my RV brethren will pass through?

Robin,

What is the POCI convention? Pontiac Owners ????. And where is it to be held, Pheasant Run?

I grew up in St. Charles, IL - 5th generation in that town. We now live about 35 miles west of Toledo, Ohio. We occasionally go back "home" to have breakfast with some HS classmates. Maybe we could work something out (although I don't know - this isn't a GMC Motorhome part, is it)

POCI is "Pontiac Oakland Club Internationa" or something like that
http://poci.org/

It's primarily a Pontiac gathering but it appears that other GM
vehicles are a part of it. It's somewhere in St. Charles IL on the
weekend of July 17.
http://www.poci.org/POCI_Annual_Convention_Registration.cfm mentions a
"Pheasant Run Host Hotel" but I don't know what that means.

The tank is for my 1968 Pontiac Catalina. There's only a few things
left to be done before I can call her "relatively finished" or at
least "could take for a drive for the weekend." :)
