Fin;
Sorry to hear about being stuck in Visalia.
There has to be some thing to do in Visalia?
Check out the Harold Le May car museum.
Looks cool.

Ignition module? (At least I think that's what it's called.)

Fin,
Is there anything you need? I can bring it to you from JimK's shop. I am on the way to the valley anyway.\ and live only 15 minutes away from Jim K's shop.

Nick ....

Great offer !, but I think we're going to be OK. The local shop is going to replace the complete distributor assembly, and seem to have the parts on-hand.

Thank you for your most generous offer.

Great Fin. Could very well be the ignition module. I had one that would start but miss bad and backfire. Stopped and swapped it out then off we went. Same one still running this engine.
Make sure to let us know how it turns out.

Fin,
Roger Vote runs a premier shop. He and Ron-? have a Saturday car repair show for years. These guys have a very good reputation.
Don't forget we are nearby if you need any thing. Roger has a dyno, have it dyno-tuned.

Frank ...

Thanks for the encouraging remarks regarding Roger Vogt's shop.

I asked about his Dyno, but was told that the GMC is too large for their set-up.

Again, thanks. Looks like we may be running again soon.
