Rob, what voltage were the DeWalts? I haven't seen Lithium batteries
thats will fit mine.

My dewalts have several cells in the battery pack.  Take them out and replace with sufficient Li to get as close as possible to the same voltage.

They are 18VDC.

BTW you will have to buy a new charger too, they cannot be charged in the
NiCad chargers.
