Here is the info I received on these. Apparently the Company is going under and Unisolar is selling these "laminate" panels at quite low prices. These are about 1/4" thick and would adhere to the roof of our coach. Only catch is that you have to buy 30 at a time. Maybe a group buy? Here's the poop....

Uni-Solar Laminate Special! First come first served!

The following Uni-solar products available and ready to be shipped from either the San diego or Michigan Warehouses:

Uni-solar Products and Price per Watt:
Model - PVL 128 $0.70 per watt
Model - PVL 136 $0.85 per watt
Model - PVL 144 $0.95 per watt
Model - ePVL 136 $1.20 per watt
Model - ePVL 144 $1.30 per watt
*Over 1 MW in stock!

The above prices above are based on a few important conditions:
Payment with credit card or bank transfer only.
Product Sold without warranty
First come first serve
Sold in carton quantity only.
30 pcs. per carton
4 Carton's per pallet.

To Place Order Call Gary at 1 (800) 901-8816
Email: information@solarsystemsusa.net

Here is the spec sheet on them...

http://www.vanguardsolartechnologies.com/f/Uni-Solar_PVL-128.pdf

They are 216" long, 15.5" wide and .2" thick and put our 128w.
Not sure how, but my friend who is a local expert on solar tells me they would work well with the 12v crowd.

Anyone interested?

70 cents per watt is steep for a product being abandoned. I paid 40 cents for my Solyndra panels..

At any rate, these would be cool for the coach, but I'd mount them to thin panels so they could be removed if need be. Peeling them off the coach for any reason would probably ruin them.

my 2 cents.

Hi,
These panels are very low efficiency. No where near what a monocrystaline
panel put out per square ft..

Thanks
