Both have been working good, well sorta except the Rpms run low 550 at idle. And today after getting gas for the first time as the new owners, that is when the generator and the gmcs engine both stalled and have been stalling since! With both messing up on the same day I Have to assume something is wrong with the gas I put in! The generator has a direct line to gas tank of gmc. I used regular unleaded. Any ideas why rpms are so low? They dropped while driving 60 mph and engine died!! The carb also doesn't have choke or timing is off or something! Can't remember what the seller said exactly!

550 at idle in drive is about the right idle speed. Since both the engine and generator are having problems at the same time it is reasonable to investigate for a fuel issue. Unfortunately with so many unknowns you will probably get a lot of 'red heron' answers. To weed through some of the differences it would be critical to know what model your coach is- Eleganza, Palm Beach, Royale, Crestmont, Avion, ...etc....

get a small gas can for a boat and carefully put a hose to the mech. carb to the engine with the inside motor cover off.
see if it stalls with clean gas. do the same for onan. right gang!
keep a fire extinguisher ready and big bucket of water or garden hose.
space man.

Stephen and Natasha,
I figured that since my coach made it from Cleveland to Marrysville without issue, the fuel lines had to be okay. I was wrong. Any old "rubber" fuel hose has or will fail. All of them. I gushed fuel at every gas station.
I'd personally replace as much as possible with PolyArmor and the rest with modern ethinol rated fuel hose.

I believe the OAT mentioned was 101 degrees.
It could be that your fuel tanks are not venting correctly.
It coule be vapor lock for the engine.
It could be poor air circulation for the Onan -- overheating.
CAREFULLY remove the fill cap to check for tank venting. Be prepared for a gush out of fuel.
Pull the Onan out on the slides -- is it clean? mouse/rodent nests? There should be a rubber seal around the end of the oil filter to aid in the cooling of that cylinder head -- if it is missing use a cut off from an insulation holder for a drink can.
Cooler outside temps could mmake all the difference.
