I'm about to purchase a nice-looking '76 Palm Beach 26' .... I need a good mechanic who can check the engine, trans + just give it a once-over.
I'm willing to compensate you. Vehicle is located in Beacon Hill/ Columbia City.
Please call me immediately as I need to get this done today/ tomorrow at the latest!
Thanks, JT

I am in Seattle but am far from an engine mechanic expert. I do have a lot of mechanic buddies who could check the engine/trans stuff. My business is very close to the area of the coach. Give me a call

Sir: best is to check with your local big truck dealer and see what local lab they use for oil analysis. Make arrangements with them and drive the coach over to get it warm. They have a suction device that they can pull 2 oz from crank case and tranny. Here it takes one hour for results and then you will know what is going on. I believe $12 for oil and $8 for tranny. I would not buy anything without it.
