Ted,
She said there was only exclusion ,that was THEFT ,you can bring it back in
pieces ,before the warranty runs out ,bring it in for a new one ,if they
have been discontinued ,we will credit your account for the purchase price.
That is hard to beat.
It's on their Computer, so you don't have to keep the receipt .

I purchased a HF shallow well pump 2 years ago on sale like you I also
purchased the warranty. I have burnt out 2 pumps since the original from
continuous use. I take it back and they make it good every time. No matter
how much you abuse them the warranty is the best. when this warranty runs
out I will purchase another pump and warranty.
Ted

Paul,

That probably is true for the extended warranties; however, for the "normal" warranties you need receipts at the store on I-45 in
Houston.

Also because they are printed on thermal paper and the print quality is lousy I make photo copies and put them in a folder stapled
to the originals.

Regards,
Rob M.

Speaking of thermal paper fade... You can often put an old, faded thermal
receipt in a scanner and scan at the highest resolution. Then take the
image into a photo editor and boost the contrast way up... Ta-Da you have a
readable receipt again. Doesn't always work but usually if you can see a
faint outline of the print.
