There are references adjacent to some of the parts (see warning #24, page. 3), (see #44, page 3), etc. Are they important? Where are they?

Those notes refer to the number of the back newsletter. There are four published each year. #44 would be from Summer 1993.

You can order a complete set of back newsletters from Billy Masser, Membership Manager of GMCMI.

Interesting reading but some of the notes might not help you much.
