Maybe if they had tidied up a bit it would have sold for $30k!

What are people thinking when they post pictures like that with clothes and junk tossed about. It’s a beautiful coach, something anyone would be proud of, but sheesh, what a mess. Look at that fantastic enclosure it’s parked under. Even that is littered with stuff.

I’d give away my daughter’s cat for a setup like that, but then, I’ve always hated that cat anyhow...

Sure looks like the same coach, even has the same GMC on the spare tire cover. (I like that and might try it on mine.)

But one (ebay) was listed in Florida as a 1973 and the other a 1976 in California.

But I agree with "staging" (at least cleaning and nice location) before taking pictures to post in your ad. The more valuable the coach, the more important.

From just looking at the pictures, past the clutter, it looks like someone got a good deal on the ebay coach.

My mistake. Not the same coach. One has a raised engine cover, the other doesn't, + differences noted below. Both have the same clock on the wall.

The simple fact that the owner built a covered storage
shed for the rig demonstrates his pride in its upkeep!

A pretty good deal, for sure!

That GMC II by Explorer looked like an amazing bargain to me.

I guess it highlights the fragile state of the US economy when a motorhome worth at least $50,000 a couple of years ago has to be sold for $20,000 presumably in order to get some quick cash.

I sincerely hope things do not get any worse.

Amazing deal indeed. I bid this and won it, not believing it when it happened. Jim B has it at the moment, and I am planning to fly down and drive it back to Idaho mid June. Still cannot believe it, and cannot believe I now have to sell my 23 just bought in March. Umm, neither can my wife.

Did you have someone eye-ball it before you bid on it?

Let us know how it works out....

Nope, bid it blind. JimB checked it out before I paid in full, cracked manifold was really only problem, I now have headers. Hard to figure the mess in the pictures and the low reserve on the bid, but seems to be working out. Mike - you need another 23?

Xplorid, I bid on mine sight unseen too (except for a great little video on you tube)

You got a better deal than I did though, enjoy! Laughing
