While I was working on my coach last night, I opened the door to the bathroom to finish up the new water heater install, and the door basically fell off its frame. It appears that the door skin was glued to a metal frame, which in turn is attached to the hinges.
I'll have to take the door off and glue the skin back onto the frame. Does anyone know what type of adhesive I should use?
We're hoping to take the coach camping this weekend for the first time in 20 months, though I still have a dead Onan to deal with. Keeping my fingers crossed, but not holding my breath.

Take the door off the coach - clean the areas to be glued both on the metal
and back of the laminate. apply the glue and let set for the
proper time then carefully start at one end and lay the laminate down
pressing evenly - use small cardboard or wood strips to keep the remaining
laminate from contacting. Finish application and use a good roller to
apply pressure to all contact areas then put a 2x4 on each side of contact
points and
clamp. or lay the whole thing on a flat surface and lay a ply layer on top
with lots of weights and allow to set.

If you use gorilla glue be sure to use medical exam gloves. Any glue that
you get on your skin will turn black.
Sheet rock shims are very good to use to prevent contact of the two glued
surfaces.

Mine is starting to come apart. I need to do the same thing. I'm thinking about using Gorilla Glue.

My bathroom door skin separated at the top right corner down to the door
latch. I used a tube of LePage press tite contact cement ( item # 67-0310-4
at Canadiantire.ca at $2.99! ). The cement is transparent and easy to work
with and clean up after was a breeze; just wipe with a damp cloth. I
applied the cement onto the aluminum frame and pressed the panel back in
place; The panel and frame bonded immedietly, but as a precaution I used
C-clamps and two pieces of pine board to hold the panel and frame in place
over night. I also used this product for small laminate repairs and it
worked well. I also attempted to repair a small tear on the original
headliner, but the headliner melted!

Bryan and Ken,
Mine did the same thing and I did use Gorilla Glue. It was not my first choice because of the short working time and swelling as it cures. I just used about three dozen clamps and long strongbacks to get it solidly clamped.
I seem to have made a mistake on mine. The door came out about a sixteenth higher than it had been and now it hits both the molded ceiling at the door top and the hallway light lense.

Sir; i have a metal clad wooden french external door that was split about 2 feet thru the lockholes. I wedged it apart a little with a gasket scraper and packed it with 5 min JB Weld and used 4 c-clamps and paint paddles for stability. Wiped off the excess while soft. Seems as strong as new. Just what I did to repair a door.

So here's what may be a dumb question: How do you get the door off? I can see the hinge screws, but the door hits the closet module and won't open far enough for me to get to the screws.

WID was remove the closet 
you might be able to just remove the trim on the closet module. If you look in the doors and drawers of the module, you should see several screws that are on an angle. they point towards the center of the rig. these hold the trim that and a bit of glue.
once you are sure all the screws are out use something thin (like a putty knife) to separate the trim from the "walls" of the closet module.

I cheated.
I bought Harbor Fright 92630 and it was still too big. So, I ground the #2 phillips point's butt until it was just sticking out of the drive. Then I could get one side (forget which) loose. It was still a monumental PITA. To facilitate reassembly (make same less PITA), while I had everything apart, I drove the pins out of the hinges removed the broken springs and put in new - easily removable pins. That way, I could rehang it like a normal door.
Your weekend isn't dead - yet.

Bryan,
The door will open all the way, it's probably touching the top of the closet module, there's nothing holding the C module at the top to the coach body frame (unless a PO put something there).
Try pushing the top of the module toward the coach wall, and or cut a piece of wood to try and wedge it at the top between the closet and shower module to force the closet back, the door can swing under the wood piece.
To jtblank and Ken and others,
The hinges do have springs. I had one hinge that was still ok, and it's set up to open the door. I think that if the springs where to close the door, it would be hard to open the lock and pull the door with that small lock handle and spring force, and also possibly for the purpose of keeping the door open to act as the dressing room.
I used spring hinges from McMaster-Carr # 15205A12 self closing.
The hing pins are in 2 pieces on the oem hinges, and I replaced with 1 brass pin (brazing rod). Use both springs to get the force about equal to oem.

Not sure if the PO put it in or not but it looks OEM on my 77. there is a bracket both front and rear of the CM behind the upper cabinets. I will take pics today (if I haven't already) and get them posted to the pic site.
again with mine not sure if it was caused by the PO or not but the whole door, both bath and closet, were hitting the opposite side of the hall. I might try and get the closet away a bit further when rebuilding it so that in the future the screws can be reached easier. It sure wouldn't hurt the hallway to be an inch or so wider.
