I was hoping someone would chime up on the trans line orientation. I asked Jim K awhile ago and he told me and I forgot where I wrote it down. I need to install the trans filter so I need to know which line is the out and which is the in as far as fluid flow. So the line to the out side of the coach is the ________ ?

Thanks,

That was silly of me!!

The inner fitting is the line out of the transmission. (picture has a line)

The outer fitting is the line returning to the transmission. (picture has no line in it)

The fitting closest to the T.C. is out and the fitting closest to the drivers side is IN. Makes sense if you think where the pump is behind the TC. The lines don't cross in the tranny.,,,,PL

Sully,

I assume that you intend to install an external trans filter. If I am
correct you might want to consider installing 3/8" OD lines.
