I had a pleasant surprise a couple of days ago: I got a call from a new
GMCer who's having trouble with the switch for the electric wipers on his
coach. His description of them was so distorted that I really thought he
had Cinnabar's version. Since I know nothing about theirs except that when
one of "US" had his coach there for major work, he had them to install mine
instead of their $750 (IIRC) version. When I suggested the new GMCer
contact them, he said they'd referrred him to me! BIG surprise! I had no
idea they knew I even existed, nor do I often hear of them referring anyone
anywhere else.

Thanks, Wes & Co. :-)

I have had occassion to order a few things from them -- the lady that answers the phone -- and usually takes the order -- is always very helpful.
