I have a new dinette table ready to go into my coach, now I just need to figure out what to mount it to.

I got some nice brackets from the local rv store.

And looking through the photo gallery it looks like there is an aluminum reinforcement on the wall for the dinette?

Does anyone have measurements as to where it is?
I'll be mounting it on the passenger side.

Maybe my stud finder will work...

Keith,
try looking here:

http://www.gmcmhphotos.com/photos/data/6060/GMC_passenger_side_window_wall_braces_1.pdf

Notice that my horizontal measurements are from a 1/2" birch partition unique to my coach. Add 1 9/16 to my numbers to give an accurate distance from the edge of the door opening.

You may have to double click on the "multimedia" to open the drawing.

If that doesn't work send me your email address and I'll send you the dimensions you need. Glenn

Keith...yes there are "measurments", but I would recommend that you pry lose the side panel and have a good look at the situation yourself. I built a new dinette for my Texas stretch and found that it was nessasary to mount a flat bar of aluminum in order to "screw" the table mounting bracket where I wanted it...you may need to do the same. It's not rocket science !!

Keith,

I don't know if this helps, but my table top is 28-3/4 inches above the floor. I can post a picture if you might find that helpful too. The bracket on mine is mounted to a piece of one by material that is attached to the wall.
