I thought the first 50 were never sold and the first number available was
100051, which burned several years ago.

According to the best info available the 1st ten coaches were used as mules
and eventually destroyed. For many years I was certain I had located # 11
as being in storage in Briny Breezes FL but the owner passed before I could
verify the TZE.
