Has been working just fine until yesterday, starts and runs great
but does not produce any juice.
Looking for Trouble shooting site and suggestions as to where to
begin looking.

Richard,
Charging (+12v DC) or putting out juice (115v AC) ???
As your sig says you do NOT have an early coach (the ones that actually use the +12v Onan output) I will ASSUME you mean no AC power.
The most common cause of not AC power is the loss of the power to the field... normally caused by a bad bridge rectifier. The original was a little 'weak.' New overrated ones are available, but you have to modify the new bridge or the connector for it to work.
Other reasons for no AC power are bad connections (inside the back of the Onan and in the coach), bad brushes, popped or bad circuit breaker and forgetting to connect the shore line to the generator plug (GM upfitted coaches).
-- You might want to check that last one first...
I am currently having a problem with my 1978 Birchaven. I have AC power at the circuit breaker on top of the Onan, but it doesn't make it to the panel inside. (Coachman products are wired to two separate "input" circuit breakers at the panel inside.) I suspect a bad connection at the junction box in the back of the Onan hole.

Mike your's sounds like an easier troubleshoot. Let us know of any QC Coachman issues you find. I'm sure there was some "improvising" going on as they were made. You are right on with the Onan probablities. I would also take a voltmeter and meter the Input to the Onan breaker to ground as the Onan may be working but those breakers can be fatigued. Use caution when working around 120V as you would on land line power. Or you can initially meter Ohms across the breaker with the Onan off and should get near 0 with the breaker on and infinity with the breaker off, but this can be misleading and not pass current under actual load with the breaker on.
