Since this subject came up under another thread I'll start a fresh one here where others may also benefit. I looked through your photo albums and could only find hints of the insulation installation in your "engine out the bottom" album.

If you need a pause in your Cad500 odyssey could you take some photos of your engine compartment insulation and post them. Also, if you had it to do again what would you do differently, other than the previously discussed edge tape issue. (I.E. don't use tape to seal the edges, use metal such as flashing angles.)

Steve,

Since Bdub & I seem to be hopelessly intertwined on the photo site, I've
got to figure out how to show temporary stuff some other way. This is an
attempt to use Picassa:

Yeah - I noticed the Bdub thing. It was a bit confusing.

Google, after they forced me to sign up, still gives me a 404 error on your posted URLs. (Some days I am tempted to just chuck all the computers in the trash and go Luddite.)

You mean you can't get to either the original or tiny URL below? Do you
want me to send you the photos direct?

I can't get to either of them either.
"You do not have access to this page." is the error message.

You have to sign in and disclose your identity
to open those, Ken.

It's my OPINION that Google may be the biggest
threat to our personal security!

Nope still can't get in and I signed up w/ the new evil empire to get in. The message I got was "403. That’s an error.
We're sorry, but you do not have access to this page. That’s all we know."

One possibility is that the URL listed is one for you after you signed in. If you send me the pics I can post them as my albums still work for me.

the email is midlf and the ISP is centurytel.net

Sorry, Y'All. I'm sure there's a way to make them public, but I don't yet
know how. And right now I'm alone, without WiFi access on my own computer,
at my daughter's home in Atlanta.

I'll do something, right or wrong, when they bring me the security code for
their network.

Sir: the other day I had the puter on with no programs open, just sitting here turned on. All of a sudden Norton pops up a security warning saying my 500 gig hard drive was experiencing extremely high cpu usage by Google Chrome. It is not my defalt brouser and I only use it ocasionally so I un-installed it.
